Here is a listing of scholarships that you can start with - if a link is broken, search the title in Google. I have double checked the links - but make sure you pay attention to deadlines.  They may change from what I have listed.  A good idea is to keep a list of scholarships you applied for and deadlines in a binder.  I will have a Senior Binder available for purchase soon.  The cost will be $5.

Alabama Cattlemen’s Association	Varies	December 1	Multiple scholarships available to the families of  ACA members
Elks Lodge Most Valuable Student	$1,000-$12,500/year	December 5	Scholarships given by local, state and national levels

State Farm Good Neighbor Scholarship	$2,500	REOPEN IN JAN	GPA  2.5 – 3.2. Will only process first 700 applications.
Jefferson State Community College Ambassador	Full tuition	March 6	Selected students will serve as representatives of the school. Requires an interview for selection. Application available in guidance.
Alabama College Counts Scholarships	$2,000 for JC $4,000 for 4yr	March 19	Must have minimum GPA of 2.75 and ACT score of 26 or below. Wants to give at least 1 per county; 150 total
