Jefferson State Community College - Additional Scholarship information

From the JSCC office today:

1)      We offer Academic Scholarships based on ACT scores and gpa. The deadline for this scholarship is MARCH 1. Students must have at least a 22 ACT composite score and overall cumulative 3.0 gpa.

2)      We also offer the guidance counselor’s scholarship that allows the counselor at each high school to select a student to receive a scholarship – students must have at least a 3.0 cumulative gpa.
*VHS Scholarship Committee will determine winner based by Essay

3)      Ambassadors scholarship – This is not based on ACT score. Students selected for this scholarship become representatives of Jeff State and will participate in numerous activities and events. Deadline for this scholarship is March 6.  Attached is an informative sheet regarding roles/responsibilities of an Ambassador.
