The 2016 Jon
H. Poteat Scholarship on-line submission is accessible from September
1, 2015 until midnight EST April 20, 2016. The application is simple
and only takes a few minutes. Just log in as a member, click on “scholarship
application“, confirm your name and email address, then
submit! NTHS will award at least 200 one-thousand dollar scholarships
to eligible members in 2016. Eligible applicants must be
current NTHS members who have not graduated.

NTHS/HOSA Scholarship
The mission of Health Occupational
Students of America is to promote career opportunities in health care and to
enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people. NTHS is honored to
be partnered with HOSA to promote their mission and provide Six $1,000
scholarships to active HOSA members who are also current NTHS members
in good standing. Three (3) scholarships will be awarded to high school
members, and three (3) scholarships will be awarded to

NTHS/SkillsUSA Scholarships
NTHS has teamed up
with SkillsUSA to promote outstanding student achievement within career
and technical education. NTHS will award Four $1,000 scholarships
to SkillsUSA members at the SkillsUSA National Leadership Conference. Two (2)
scholarships will be awarded to high school members, and two (2)
scholarships will be awarded to college/postsecondary members. To be
eligible, students must be active, dues-paying members of both SkillsUSA and

DECA, the association for students
and teachers of marketing, management and entrepreneurship has partnered with
NTHS to promote outstanding student achievement within career and technical
education and to develop future leaders.
Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to high school
students that are members of both DECA and NTHS. Access is open now.

Involvement in FCCLA offers members
the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for
life -- planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making and
interpersonal communication -- necessary in the home and workplace. Two
$1,000 scholarships will be awarded to students who are members of both

to recognize the outstanding achievement of their students. FBLA-PBL offers an
extensive competitive event program for their members. NTHS will award Two
$1,000 scholarships as well as provide funding and awards for one of
